David was raised in a small rural Iowa community and has lived in small towns for most of his life.

David received his BBA in Accounting from the University of Iowa in December 1993. He has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since June 1996 and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) since January 2007. He is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

David has worked in public accounting since January 1994 with an emphasis on agriculture. His experience includes business and individual tax planning and preparation, attestation services (audits, reviews, & compilations), and general business consulting for all size of clients. He enjoys the client relationships that are developed in public accounting.

David enjoys spending time with his family, especially his three grandchildren.
